We Promise We’re Nice…

At least once you get to know us.

RBF Agency was built on a simple truth: brands don't usually have an identity crisis overnight. It happens slowly. One rushed social post. One outdated logo. One person handling marketing because they're "good at Canva." Before long, your brand is giving mixed signals, and nobody knows what it's trying to say.

That's where we come in.

RBF stands for Rodee Branding Foundations, but yes, we're absolutely in on the joke. We embrace the pop-culture association because great brands are a lot like people: they can come across one way while meaning something completely different. Sometimes your business isn't unprofessional, inconsistent, or forgettable—it just has the brand equivalent of resting bitch face.

People make assumptions. Customers move on. Opportunities get weirdly quiet.

RBF Agency helps businesses figure out what their brand is actually communicating and gives them the tools to show up with confidence, consistency, and intention. We evaluate what's working, define a strategy that makes sense, and create marketing that supports real business goals instead of simply adding more noise to the internet.

Meet STACY

I've spent more than 13 years helping companies figure out who they are, what they want to say, and how to say it without sounding like everyone else.

I've worked in-house for national brands, led rebrands, managed content teams, implemented project management systems, partnered with agencies, coordinated launches, and translated countless "Can you just make it pop?" requests into marketing strategies that actually support business goals.

Somewhere along the way, I realized my favorite part of marketing wasn't launching campaigns or chasing algorithms. It was getting to the root of why brands felt disconnected in the first place. Why customers were confused. Why teams were creating content in silos. Why businesses with great products still struggled to tell a clear story.

That's why I created RBF Agency.

I believe most businesses don't need a complete personality transplant. They just need someone willing to lovingly point out when their brand is giving mixed signals and help them show up as the confident, recognizable version of themselves.

When I'm not untangling messaging, you'll probably find me cheering on my daughters at basketball games, singing along to musicals, or getting lost in a good book.

And despite the agency name, I promise I'm much more approachable than I look.

What We Believe

BRANDS SHOULD BE RECOGNIZEABLE

Not because they're trendy, but because they're consistent. Every touchpoint should feel like it came from the same business, not five different personalities fighting for the Wi-Fi password.

MARKETING SHOULD SUPPORT BUSINESS GOALS

Pretty graphics and viral moments are fun, but they should lead somewhere. Marketing should help your business grow, not just keep your social channels busy.

Personality isn't a luxury—it's a differentiator.

People remember brands that feel human. You don't need to appeal to everyone, but you do need to give the right people a reason to pay attention.

Great brands aren't built by one brilliant idea. They're built through honest conversations, shared goals, and a strategy everyone can rally behind. That's where RBF does its best work.
